First I want to thank everyone who participated in the Toys for Tots campaign for the Holidays. You guys are awesome!

So it's a new year. Another beginning. So I hope you will look at what you did last year that worked and keep doing it! And scrap what didn't work and try something else!

Set your goals for the year and work backwards. What do you have to do to reach those goals once you've set them? Figure that out and then take action!

I'm really excited about what we're doing this year. We'll be launching the new and improved ebook writers club and more. I can't wait to see what name we decide on (with your help!) soon so stay tuned!

My business model will be changing a lot this year- less individual coaching, focusing more on bigger  projects and reaching way more people. What are you going to do to grow your business?

Q:  Do you usually get all your content before you start to write a particular ebook?

A. It really depends on the ebook. Some of my ebooks are distilled down from my workshops and teleseminars so the content is all there. But if I write with a partner, like Sell More eBooks (www.sellmoreebooks.com) with Jim Edwards who came up with the concept and title, then I wrote down what I knew and then did some research to flush out what I didn't know as well as to get examples for the ebook. But that was easy to do because each tactic was no more than a few pages.

Q: What if your outline is complete but you still need more info on certain sections, would you advise against starting the writing and picking up the needed info later?

A. If I have regular chapters then I like to write what I know first. That way I can see how much material I have and how much I need to make sure it's just long enough and not too long.
