Want To Avoid Big Fines? Learn How New FTC “Truth In Advertising” Rules Affect Internet Marketers NOW!
On December 1, 2009 the new “truth in advertising” rules will go into effect and if you aren’t prepared, you could be headed for BIG trouble if you use testimonials in your business or if you are involved in affiliate marketing either as an affiliate or if you have affiliates (which covers just about everyone who is online)!
To protect yourself, you really need to know what is required of you as of December 1st.
The good news is that if the FTC thinks that you are in violation you will get a warning first. But I don’t suggest waiting for that to happen-at least without finding out what you can do to protect yourself before hand. Knowing the laws now could save you a lot of aggravation, time and money.

Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important.
